In today's trying times, it is important that successful business owners become Connected and learn to be Resilient. The monthly meetings provide connectivity at the local level and the software system provided by the WMO provides connectivity at the national and global level.
The theme of all of the deliverables authored by the WMO is resilience. It is imperative that we operate our businesses so that they can withstand the forces that are acting upon us today.
We need to position ourselves in such a way as to deal with the global influences that are attempting to overpower us. This is our greater shared purpose.
What goes on at the typical WMO meeting?
- Assessing and expanding your own personal capabilities

- Learning to use the WMO platform to find solutions
- Learning to use the WMO platform to collaborate with your “Circles of Trust”.
Guest Speakers
Each team selects speakers and different disciplines to present new approaches to achieving higher levels of success. These speakers may be invited to regular meetings or two special lunch meetings or regional meetings.
The WMO will provide a list of suggested topics and qualified experts in a wide variety of fields. Most of the speakers chosen will have a very unique approach to solving problems or to present new perspectives and ways to deal with today's ever more complex issues.
Private coaching is available
Each business owner is entitled to one or more hours per month of private business coaching. This coaching is provided by trained business coaches who employ a wide variety of assessment vehicles and coaching methodologies. These business coaches are also available to meet with you personally, and with your family, or with your business leadership team.
