Join the Wealth Maintenance Organization team of successful business owners to fight the battle against greed and evil that threatens the very foundation upon which our Country was founded.

Meet once a month with other successful business owners in your community who share your values.  Discuss with them the opportunities and challenges facing business owners today.  Exchange new ideas on how to deal with these challenges in a relaxed and confidential environment.  Successful business owner members of the Wealth Maintenance Organization can give and receive practical advice based on their years of collective experience.

At the regular monthly meetings, are successful business owners and high-level executives continue their educational development best practices and increase their peace of mind to know that they are growing their businesses in the most effective manner, based upon a set of well-defined values.  The local WMO team of business owners learn to serve a higher shared purpose to promote the well-being of their community and the country we live in.

The Wealth Maintenance Organization provides outstanding value to the business owners.

The WMO teams consist of 10 to 15 business owners and several professional advisors, led by a trained affiliate adviser.  The professional advisors may consist of an attorney, an accountant, a banker, a financial services expert, a property and casualty broker, a business development expert, and other experts in fields that support the development of best practices in every business.  These professionals serve as a sounding board for the business owners to test new ideas and new challenges that face each business owner.  Each professional affiliate and each business owner is encouraged to share with a select group matters relating to their business plans, their family circumstances, such as education, estate planning, and family unification.

We encourage each business owner to establish a particular “circle of trust” that we refer to as a “Virtual Advisory Board”.  The business owner chooses from one to five business owner members based upon how their values match the values of the business owner.

A dozen or more services offered by the WMO amount to tens of thousands of dollars in practical value.  The application of these services may result in savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars, or the generation of hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of dollars to the business owners personally, to their families, and to the businesses that they operate.

You will enjoy a totally new and different experience, from a totally new and different perspective.

The WMO is the only organization that is a values-based collaborative development system for business owners.  It is the only organization that has developed a truly integrated software system that combines values, key performance indicators in the form of dashboards, collaborative sharing methodology, and a global searching capacity to find best practices solutions to personal, family and business issues.  The software system alone is so valuable, and so unique, that it is almost priceless in terms of the value that business members will derive from its use.

Most of the success enjoyed by business owners today are a result of good management of employees, careful stewardship of all resources, taking advantage of today's microchip technology, and most importantly--understanding themselves and their values, effectively applying these values, developing a strong leadership team, and using their time to guide themselves, their families and their businesses to break through the ceilings of complexity that face all business owners.

The selection of WMO members is designed to maximize the value for each member.
